Service Repairs

Technical support is typically provided within two hours and includes travel and labor with all required replacement parts. We will replace all worn parts as well as align, clean and polish all analytical instruments we service. On-site support teams are thoroughly trained and equipped with the latest tools, technologies, and resources to efficiently solve any instrumentation issues. Qualifications (IQ + OQ + PQ)
AlphaTech will incorporate instrument manufacturer specifications and not be limited in performing additional testing as requested by the customer in compliance with USP<1058>.
IQ verifies that site requirements and system components have been correctly and completely installed.
OQ confirms the instrument is consistently operating within established limits and tolerances.
PQ is an assembly of tests indicating the instrument is consistently performing within its specifications.
All Qualifications are documented and based upon manufacturers' and customers' requirements, government regulations, and industry standards.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM)
Preventing repairs often delivers higher productivity, and preventative maintenance is extraordinarily valuable for reducing operating costs while maintaining lifetime equipment performance. Proactive annual preventative maintenance visits can be scheduled as needed. This service can be purchased or provided on-site for specific instruments and scheduled at recommended time intervals, according to your specific operational needs. We have been providing on-site hardware maintenance for over two decades and our field service personnel deliver the highest quality service with the fastest possible response times. After all maintenance checks have been completed, all components are functionally tested, and a QA report provided to ensure the highest quality service and customer satisfaction.
Lab Asset Management
AlphaTech will provide onsite Asset Management services to manage and maintain all laboratory assets. Our services will drive efficiencies, increase uptime, and decrease costs.
LAB RELOCATION
AlphaTech recognizes that a successful move results from careful planning, efficient preparation, and proper execution with strict timelines and production schedules.
Our engineering services coordinate with the mover to ensure your valuable analytical instrumentation is inventoried, shut down, packed, and shipped with confidence.
At the destination site, the equipment is benchmarked after reviewing the electrical, plumbing, network, etc., and then installed and qualified.
